    I'm reading the comments haven't even got the video yet I got a feeling this guy is a bleep bleep to his son. I own a business called Bowman's handyman and painting. This business was previously owned by my father. Do I worked under for 20 years. So you don't want to get older and regret treating your son the way that you are. You let him do him. He's going to be okay. My dad now regrets being very hard to be around and work for. My dad is now retired and lives in regret because of him always nitpicking about our work I mean our work cuz he had three other kids. I pretty much shut down and stop listening to him and I started learning things on my own because him teaching me was a mess cuz he was so rude and aggressive about it. So now I know what I know not because my father which is a shame I should be taught by him. You don't want your son shutting down on you. Because he will get tired of it.

    We bought a house that has a couple rooms with this fan model. They have a little bit of a wobble in them, but when we initially turn them on, the blades shake back and forth as though they're doing some sort of self-balancing before spinning up in the correct direction. Are they defective, or is this normal? The manual I found online doesn't mention anything about balancing during installation. Thanks!

    • @ClintHolland
      @ClintHolland 15 днів тому

      Completely normal to spin back and forth when you turn it on. Not sure why but ours has always done that. You can buy a balancing kit at Lowes or Amazon that will fix the wobble. amzn.to/45florc

    • @m.zelnick
      @m.zelnick 15 днів тому

      @@ClintHollandThank you for the response. After further investigation, the wobble was from one of the mounting screws coming loose. All fixed now, and I also found another comment elsewhere that these have a different kind of motor that will shake for a second upon startup as the magnets align. Rather late in the day now but I repaired and repainted my front bumper which had scratches from parking nerfs when in supermarket car parks and it looks acceptable but I winged it. Now it's the rear bumper which has very deep scratches from where I reversed the car into a stone wall. Ok the sun was in my eyes but no excuse. I have made an 18 point list of everything you have done which includes all the various purchases and I shall follow it to the letter. Having sanded to damaged area now, all I found was that 180 grit didn't do the job and I had to go up to 120 and then finish with 180. But it's a Subaru and the bumper seems to be made of cast iron rather than plastic. That's as far as I've got until the stuff I ordered arrives, but I am now super confident thanks to you of getting an almost perfect finish as you have - unlike with my front bumper repair!

    How about replacing a coil?

    I heard distilled water will steal elements from the metal in the cooling system because distilled water isn't happy water, as if it's unbalanced a little. So, the advice was mostly distilled plus a small amount of tap water.

    I would've liked to have seen the missing 5 minjtes you cutout of your engine running. I wanted to see how dirty the rest of the coolant was. Yes, i have better things to do, but i have a FF button.

    I bought this kit not realizing that I would have to splice into the system. Im not a fan of creating more potential points of failure especially if using plastic and worm drive clamps.

      I get it and I completely understand. This kit is still in place after almost 10 years and works just fine. You can always try a chemical flush or buy a replacement heater hose to use afterwards.

    Your alternator looks easy to replace.
